Artist bio: Taylor Williams lives on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. She began oil painting in 2017. She references photos of her home that she takes for paintings. She is known for her realistic oil paintings of seascapes, sunrises, and sunsets. In July of 2019, she had her first solo show, "Between Bridges" at the Dare County Arts Council in Manteo, North Carolina.

"I cherish where I live. I live on a 200-mile-long string of barrier islands off the coast of North Carolina. To say it inspires my work is an understatement. Whether I'm catching a sunrise or traveling the NC 12 highway up and down the coast, I feel in awe. My work reflects special moments I have on this beautiful island."
